If your phone doesn't charge properly, the battery drains unusually fast, or you've noticed the case swelling — the battery needs to be replaced.
How does the process work?
- Drop-off — 6 Ivan Momchilov St. or via Econt / Speedy.
- Diagnostics — We check the device for additional issues.
- Feedback — We confirm the price and timeframe with you.
- Repair starts — 1–3 working days after your approval.
- Testing & quality — The device goes through tests.
- Return — In store or by courier.
How much will it cost?
- Battery price: depends on the phone model
- Labour: €6 – €26 / 12 – 51 BGN
- Payment: after the repair is done
Important about batteries
Every new battery usually comes with a partial factory charge. We recommend using the phone until the charge drops to ~5–10% before plugging it into the charger.
For the new battery to work properly, run a few full charge and discharge cycles. Always use original chargers recommended by the manufacturer.
